EducLive-Liberia Launches to Transform Academic Access in Monrovia
New Digital Learning Hub Brings Accredited U.S. Diplomas & Elite Remedial Support to Liberia
MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Educlive is proud to announce the official launch of EducLive-Liberia, a strategic initiative designed to bridge the gap between local academic challenges and global opportunities for Liberian students.
As part of its regional expansion into West Africa, Educlive is implementing a Global Online Learning Platform explicitly tailored for the Liberian market. This launch addresses the critical need for high-quality remedial education and direct pathways to international universities.
Strategic Collaboration with the University of Liberia
In a move to strengthen access to tertiary education, Educlive is exploring collaborative frameworks with the University of Liberia (UL). This partnership aims to:
- Support Pre-University Students: By providing rigorous remedial courses for students who need to upgrade their WASSCE results before entering UL.
- Enhance Digital Readiness: Offering bridge programs in academic skills and digital literacy to ensure incoming freshmen are prepared for university-level research and online learning.
- Expand Access: Utilizing Educlive’s digital infrastructure to help more Liberian students qualify for admission into UL’s competitive programs.
Services Now Available in Liberia
EducLive-Liberia brings two revolutionary educational tracks to students in Monrovia and beyond:
1. Elite WASSCE Remedial Program Recognizing the shared curriculum across West Africa, Educlive offers targeted intervention for students preparing for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
- Focus: Mathematics, English, Integrated Science, and Social Studies.
- Method: “Academic Rehabilitation”—a unique blend of subject teaching and cognitive skills training (time management, exam strategy) to help students turn past failures into success.
2. U.S. Dual-Diploma Pathway Through partnerships with U.S. accredited providers, Liberian students can now earn a fully accredited U.S. High School Diploma online without leaving the country.
- Dual-Track: Students can study for their WASSCE exams during the day and complete U.S. credits online in the evenings.
- Global Mobility: This diploma opens doors to universities in the USA, Canada, and Europe, bypassing local admission bottlenecks.
A Future of “Hybrid” Learning
While currently operating as a fully online service, Educlive has plans to establish physical Learning Hubs in Monrovia. These centers will provide reliable internet, computer access, and in-person academic coaching to support students enrolled in our digital programs.
