Acceptance Requirements

Simple Steps to Start Your Journey

At Educlive, we believe in removing barriers to education. Our admission process is streamlined and transparent. We don’t use your past grades to exclude you; we use them to build your personalized roadmap to success.

Below is the checklist of items you will need to finalize your enrollment.

General Requirements (All Students)

Regardless of which program you choose, all applicants must provide:
  1. Completed Application Form: (Submit online or fill out at our office).
  2. Proof of Identity: A copy of a valid ID (Passport, National ID, Voter ID) OR a Birth Certificate.
  3. Passport Photographs: Two (2) recent passport-sized photos (White background).
  4. Registration Fee: Proof of payment for the non-refundable registration fee.

Program-Specific Requirements

Please check the specific requirements for your chosen path.
  1. For WASSCE Remedial & Upgraders
  • Academic Records: A copy of your previous WASSCE Result Slip or Statement of Results.
    • Note: We do not reject students based on low grades. We need this solely for diagnostic purposes to identify which subjects need the most work.
  • Student Interview: A brief consultation with an Academic Advisor to discuss your university goals and subject combination.
  1. For U.S. High School Diploma (Online Track)
  • Official Transcripts: Records from your previous Junior High (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS).
    • These are used to calculate “Transfer Credits” so you don’t have to repeat classes you have already passed.
  • Placement Assessment: A simple online test to determine your current proficiency in English and Math.
  • English Proficiency: If you are coming from a non-English speaking background, a brief oral interview may be required.
  1. For SHS Tutoring (Current Students)
  • School Report Card: Your most recent end-of-term report from your current school (to help us identify weak areas).
  • Parent/Guardian Consent: Required for all students under the age of 18.
  1. For Technical & Career Diplomas
  • Minimum Age: Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
  • Basic Literacy: Ability to read and write in English (or completion of our ESL basic course).
  • No previous SHS certification is required for most technical tracks.
