Financial Aid & Scholarships
Education Within Reach
At Educlive, we believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to ambition. Your potential is what matters most, not just your ability to pay immediately. We are committed to helping eligible families, working professionals, and students access our world-class programs through a variety of financial aid options, including Education Savings Account (ESA) vouchers, merit-based scholarships, and flexible payment incentives.
Types of Financial Aid Available
Education Savings Account (ESA) Vouchers & External Funding
Educlive is an approved vendor for various educational funding programs.
- ESA Vouchers: For families (particularly international or dual-citizen students) who utilize state-sponsored Education Savings Accounts, we accept vouchers to cover tuition costs for our U.S. High School Diploma program.
- NGO & Corporate Sponsorships: We accept direct payments and vouchers from recognized educational NGOs, church scholarship funds, and corporate educational grants.
Educlive Scholarships
We offer limited internal scholarships designed to reward excellence and support those in need.
- Merit-Based Scholarship: Awarded to students with exceptional WASSCE results or high GPAs who are joining our U.S. Diploma or Advanced Career tracks.
- Need-Based Grant: A partial tuition discount for high-potential students who can demonstrate significant financial hardship.
- The “Second Chance” Grant: Targeted specifically for our Remedial Program, this supports students who are determined to retake their exams but lack the funds for full tuition.
Special Discounts & Incentives
We provide automatic tuition reductions for specific groups to honor their service or loyalty:
- Multi-Student Household Discount (Sibling Discount): Families enrolling two or more children at the same time receive a 10% discount on the tuition of the second (and subsequent) child.
- Veterans & Active Service Members: We offer tuition reductions for active military personnel, veterans, police officers, and their immediate dependents as a thank you for their service.
- Returning Learner Discount: Alumni of Educlive (e.g., a student who completed our WASSCE remedial program) who return to take a Technical Diploma or Certificate course receive a loyalty discount.
Eligibility Criteria
Who Qualifies for Aid?
To ensure fairness, all applicants must meet specific criteria. While requirements vary by award type, general eligibility includes:
- Enrollment Status: You must be fully applied or enrolled in an Educlive program (Remedial, Diploma, or Technical). Financial aid cannot be processed for students who have not yet applied.
- Financial Need: For need-based grants, families must provide documentation showing the gap between the cost of tuition and their ability to pay (e.g., pay slips, bank statements, or letters of explanation).
- Academic Standing: Merit scholarship applicants must typically maintain a certain GPA or attendance record to keep their funding.
- Code of Conduct: All financial aid recipients must remain in good behavioral standing. Suspensions or disciplinary issues may result in the revocation of aid.
