Forest Trail Academy, based in the United States, is our accredited curriculum partner that provides the online coursework, grading by U.S. teachers, and issues your final diploma.
Q2: Whose name will be on my final High School Diploma?
A: Because accreditation is strictly regulated in the United States, your official U.S. High School Diploma and academic transcripts will be officially issued by Forest Trail Academy.
Q3: Is the diploma recognized globally?
A: Absolutely. Because Forest Trail Academy holds top-tier regional U.S. accreditation (Cognia and MSA-CESS), the diploma is recognized and respected by universities in the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, and around the world.
Q4: Who grades my assignments and exams?
A: Your official coursework is graded by certified U.S. teachers provided through Forest Trail Academy. Meanwhile, your Educlive Academic Coach works with you locally to ensure you understand the material, stay on track, and perform your best.
Q5: Will my diploma say "Online" on it?
A: No. Your official high school diploma will look exactly the same as a traditional U.S. high school diploma. It does not state that the coursework was completed online.
Q6: Are these courses approved for student-athletes?
A: Yes! The core curriculum provided by Forest Trail Academy is NCAA-approved, meaning student-athletes can use these credits to qualify for collegiate sports scholarships in the United States.
Q7: Can I transfer my local high school credits to this U.S. program?
A: Yes. Educlive will help facilitate the evaluation of your local transcripts (such as WASSCE, GCSE, or local state credits). Forest Trail Academy will then accept passing grades as transfer credits toward your U.S. diploma requirements.
Q8: How many credits do I actually have to take with Forest Trail Academy to graduate?
A: Once your previous credits are transferred, you must complete a minimum of six (6) U.S. credits directly through the online curriculum to be awarded the official diploma from Forest Trail Academy.
Q9: Who do I contact if I need help—Educlive or Forest Trail Academy?
A: You will always contact Educlive first! We act as your primary support team. Your dedicated Academic Coach will help you navigate the system, troubleshoot any issues, and communicate with the U.S. instructors on your behalf if necessary.
Q10: Does Forest Trail Academy help with my university applications?
A: While Forest Trail Academy provides the accredited transcripts universities require, Educlive provides the personalized, hands-on university placement and application guidance to ensure you get accepted to your target schools.
